Terms and Conditions of Sale

The minimum order value is £10.00, and where possible, we will make an order up to that value where the goods chosen cost less than this amount.

Payment

We accept credit and debit card for all the major cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Remember our purchasing facility is secure, we use an accredited internet payment service and credit card details are not supplied directly to us. If you wish you can also use Paypal. Prices quoted are in UK sterling and are inclusive of taxes. A deduction will be made from the purchase price for those residents of countries outside the EU, where Value Added Tax (VAT) is not appropriate. The price will be reduced by 17.5%. Our UK VAT registration number is 883828571.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to seven working days. Please email us to cancel and if we have already dispatched the order, please repackage them and return to us (see returns policy).

Postage

Postage and packing prices are based on Royal Mail and Parcel Force prices and include postal insurance, where appropriate.

Deliveries

Most deliveries to UK mainland addresses are made within 3 days of order but we suggest you allow a week for unforeseen circumstances. International orders are usually sent with Royal Mail or Parcel Force and within 8 days, but if they contain pressurised spray canisters will be sent surface mail and may take a little longer. We are not prepared to falsify customs declarations regarding contents and value.

If you do not receive your order within 28 days you should notify us in writing and we will either replace the order or credit the cost of the goods and postage to the payer.

Privacy

We endeavour to keep all our customers' information private and do not supply any details to third parties. When paying by credit/debit card, we recommend you use the secure online buying system rather than send financially sensitive information in emails, where we cannot guarantee protection. We comply with the Data Protection Act.

Back orders

If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the details and can cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with the product please advise us and return the unused goods in their original packaging, with invoice within 7 days for a full refund to:

Cost of return postage is to be met by the customer, and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service, for your own protection.
